Hopedale Records Nine Deed Transfers, but Just One Discloses a Sale Price

Hopedale recorded nine property deed transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one included a disclosed sale price: $446,200, recorded July 8. The remaining eight deeds carried no consideration amount, limiting a full read on pricing trends this period. Financial institutions or credit unions appeared as grantor or grantee in five of the nine transactions, and one deed reflected a within-family trust transfer at 6 Laurelwood Drive. No two sales shared a street. With pricing data available for just one of nine transactions, the data does not support characterizing the period as active, quiet, or favoring buyers or sellers.
