Ten property deeds were recorded in Hopedale between July 10 and July 16, but only one, an $800,000 sale of a property listed simply as "Hopedale, MA," sold by Kyle and Kelly Host to Elizabeth and Kyle Keimer, disclosed a price. That single transaction sets both the price range and median at $800,000. The remaining nine transfers, spanning streets including Laurelwood Drive, Gannett Way, Driftway, Soward Street, Dutcher Street, Westcott Road, Larkin Lane and Mendon Street, carried no disclosed consideration. With pricing data available for just one of 10 recorded deeds, the underlying data does not support conclusions about market direction or overall home values this period.
