Hopedale records 11 property transfers, most bank-related with prices sealed

Eleven property transfers were recorded in Hopedale between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $285,000, recorded Aug. 14. With sale prices missing from 10 of 11 deeds, no price range or median can be calculated for the period. Gannett Way and Warfield Street each saw two recorded transfers, the only streets with more than one. Roughly half the period's deeds involved banks, mortgage servicers, or credit unions as sellers or buyers, a pattern common in foreclosure-related transactions. Given the lack of disclosed pricing, this report cannot characterize the period's market tone as active or quiet beyond raw transaction count.
