Just Two Of Eight Hopedale Deeds Recorded In July Disclose A Sale Price
Hopedale recorded eight deed transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only two disclosed a sale price: $80,000 for a property without a listed street address and $55,000 for 3 Thayer St., producing a two-sale median of $67,500. The other six recordings, on Williams Street, Rockridge Road, Hopedale Street, Westcott Road, Mantoni Drive and Hill Street, listed no consideration amount. Six of the eight recordings named a mortgage lender, servicer or MERS as grantor or grantee, and two involved same-family trust transfers. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers limited basis for judging market direction this period.
