Hopedale Zoning Board approves expanded signage for industrial park tenant identification. Chair Nicole G. Small led a unanimous vote to grant relief from Zoning Bylaw section 7.4(d) for applicant Andy Clark of Expo Signs & Graphics, Inc., permitting a 120-by-78-inch sign at 1 Airport Drive Extension.
The public hearing, continued from September 17, 2025, resolved after Clark explained the property owner had approved the installation before he learned town approval was required. The board also reported that a draft noise ordinance has been referred to the Select Board for classification as a general bylaw.
