Chair Justin Paulson, with members George Lovewell and Eli Potty voting, heard updates on multiple vehicle repairs including a frontend loader fuel pump fix, a 10,000-dollar engine repair to Truck #89 caused by a failed fuel pump, and replacements on steering components for Trucks #80 and #81. A new gasoline-driven truck arrived under budget, with savings directed toward an 8,500-dollar sander and 1,300-dollar tailgate spreader.
The Highway team successfully managed the first two winter storms despite contractor availability challenges during the holiday period.
