The board deferred release of a $20,000 stormwater management performance bond for 75 Plain Street, requiring a site visit and full documentation review before approval, with board member Chris Chase coordinating an inspection of the property with GFI consultant Bill Buckley. Chair Stephen Chaplin recused himself from the matter and reminded members that a Registry of Deeds form awaiting signatures remains at the Town Clerk's office.
