Planning Board Continues ADU Hearing, Schedules Cannabis Delivery Public Hearing

Hopedale Planning Board deferred two pending matters to April 29 due to missing materials and absent members. Chair Stephen Chaplin continued the accessory dwelling unit hearing at 201 Dutcher Street after the applicant failed to submit required engineering site plans, and the board voted unanimously to table discussion of a performance bond for 75 Plain Street in the absence of member Christopher Chase. The board also scheduled a public hearing for April 29 on a cannabis delivery special permit application, with Chaplin to prepare the public notice for publication in the Milford Daily News on April 8 and 15.
Chaplin will request a site review proposal from Graves Engineering for 50 Plain Street.
