Planning Board continues ADU hearing, defers bond discussion to April.

Hopedale Planning Board deferred two matters pending applicant submission and a site inspection. An accessory dwelling unit hearing for 201 Dutcher Street was continued to April 1, 2026 after the applicant failed to submit requested supplemental materials, including a site plan with dimensional requirements, Chair Stephen Chaplin said. The board also continued discussion of a $20,000 performance bond related to stormwater management and drainage at 75 Plain Street, pending a spring site walk.
The board unanimously approved the February 4, 2026 minutes, with member Jimmy Khokhar abstaining.
