HOPEDALE — Planning Board continues ADU application at 201 Dutcher Street to February 4. Chair Stephen Chaplin requested missing property boundary details, setbacks, and square footage of the existing structure before the board can act on Bill Scott's proposal for a 900-square-foot addition to house his mother and stepfather. David Butler of the Water and Sewer Department noted an additional water service and meter will be required.
The board also continued discussion of a performance bond for 75 Plain Street to the February 4 meeting.
