HOPEDALE — Planning Board votes to release 75 Plain Street performance bond. Chair Stephen Chaplin recused himself due to a conflict of interest, while member Chris Chase reported unsuccessful outreach to a GFI representative. The board voted 4-0-1 to release the bond contingent on closure of the original permit submitted by ARCO National Construction.
Chaplin announced his resignation effective October 1, with board reorganization to be discussed at the September 2 meeting.
