HOPEDALE — Planning Board unanimously approves marijuana courier special permit for Charlesview Road. Chair Stephen Chaplin, with members Kaplan Hasanoglu, Carole Mullen, and Christopher Chase voting, granted the special permit to Caroline's Bud Delivery LLC despite member Jimmy Khokhar's absence, requiring the four present members to vote unanimously under state law. The service will operate two unmarked vehicles from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm with extensive security protocols including locked storage, cameras, and body cams on delivery agents.
The board also unanimously approved an accessory dwelling unit at 201 Dutcher Street measuring 796 square feet with a 253-square-foot garage.
