HOPEDALE — Park Commission votes unanimously to rescind Town Administrator authority. Chair Michael Costanza, Jason MacDonald, and Mark Wyspianski returned all document-signing power to the commission itself, citing the need for board sign-off on future Town Park change orders including camera and irrigation system work. The board also unanimously hired Matt Stone and Adin Iadarola as eight-week summer assistants to highway staff, approved summer yoga use of Hopedale Pond by Kathleen Kavanaugh, and voted unanimously to retain former Town Administrator Mitch Ruscitti as a volunteer liaison through the Town Park project's completion in three to four weeks.
