That puts the confirmed price range at $155,000 to $484,357 with a median of $319,678, though that figure reflects just two of the 13 sales. Laurelwood Drive was the only street with more than one recorded sale. Several other transactions involved banks, credit unions or family trusts as a party. Prices for the remaining 11 sales are expected to post in the coming days.
