Hopedale Council on Aging unanimously approves formula grant payment for departing director. The motion by Vice Chair Bob Casali addresses a fiscal year 2026 budget gap created by a transition overlap between outgoing Director Carole Mullen and incoming Director Claire Hill. Chair Cheryl Moreci and Casali will consult with Town Administrator Mitch Ruscitti about Hill's salary and related matters.
The board will conduct an exit interview with Mullen on April 15 and has scheduled the next regular meeting for May 21.
