Carole Mullen, working hourly to orient new department director Claire Hill, reported that Hill has mastered daily operations including payroll, bill paying, and budget management and has completed the next newsletter. The board noted that outreach services have dropped sharply since coordinator Nancy's hours fell to 15 per week.
