HOPEDALE — Conservation Commission reopens hearing on Lot One Order of Condition after abutter notification failure. Chair Michele LaReau-Alves and members David Guglielmi, Scott Ellis, and Bernard Stock voted unanimously to reopen the December 16, 2025 closed hearing for 4 Overdale Parkway after discovering an abutter from Mendon had not received the applicant's notice by mail. The tentatively rescheduled hearing is set for January 20, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., pending successful corrected notification; a site visit with the Health Agent to review the septic system will also be scheduled.
