Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 21, 2026
HOPEDALE — Conservation Commission advances wetland reviews and closes one Kings Way hearing. Chair Michele LaReau-Alves and members David Guglielmi, Scott Ellis, and Bernard Stock (Morris Kromah absent) closed the public hearing for Lot 4 Kings Way and scheduled Order of Condition approval for May 12, after applicant Michael Dean detailed landscape mitigation plans. The Commission continued the hearing for Overdale Parkway Lot Two to allow wetland consultant input, and unanimously approved a three-year wetland delineation at 300 South Main Street, with Scott Ellis recusing himself from the vote.
The board also unanimously renewed the town pond conservation order (DEP #187-183) for three years.
