Hopedale Conservation Commission unanimously approves order of condition for Lot 4 Kings Way residential development. Chair Michele LaReau-Alves read the order (DEP # 187-0265) into the record; Michael Dean of D & L Design Group confirmed the applicant will proceed upon completion of building permits. An abutter's question about a spring no-build restriction was addressed by Dean, who noted the public hearing had closed.
Bernard Stock moved approval, seconded by Scott Ellis. The board also unanimously approved the April 6, 2026 minutes and deferred action on April 21 minutes due to rescheduling prompted by the May 19 Annual Town Meeting.
