HOPEDALE — Conservation Commission unanimously approves Order of Condition for Lot One at 4 Overdale Parkway. Chair Michele LaReau-Alves and Member David Guglielmi pre-reviewed the order with Project Engineer John Federico of Guerriere & Halnon before the hearing. Member Bernard Stock moved to adopt the special Order of Condition, seconded by Morris Kromah, with all members present voting in favor.
The Commission discussed scheduling a site visit for Lot Two, where stakes remain visible despite snow cover.
