Conservation Commission advances septic and construction hearings.

HOPEDALE — The Hopedale Conservation Commission closed the public hearing on a failed septic system at 4 Overdale Parkway Lot One and scheduled the Order of Condition for February 10, while continuing a companion hearing on construction of a home at Lot Two to February 17. Chair Michele LaReau-Alves directed staff to draft peer-review fee regulations under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 44, Section 53G for the ANRAD application at 300 South Main Street, with the applicant agreeing to fund outside consultant review. All four motions to advance, continue, and close hearings and approve prior minutes passed unanimously.
