HOPEDALE — The Hopedale Board of Health voted 2-1 to file a response to an Open Meeting Law violation complaint. Chair Mary Watson, members Jason MacDonald and Walter Swift, and Health Agent William Fisher met at 6 p.m. Tuesday to address the filing.
Mr. MacDonald moved to file the draft response as written; Ms. Watson seconded.
Mr. MacDonald and Ms. Watson voted in favor, with Mr.
Swift opposed. The board meeting adjourned unanimously after six minutes.
