HOPEDALE — Board of Assessors approves prior meeting minutes and reviews routine departmental activity. Chair Ellen Murphy called the May 1 meeting to order with members Matthew M. Dailey and Scott Savage present; the board unanimously approved open and executive session minutes from March 27, 2026.
The board reviewed and signed the 2026-2 motor vehicle warrant and notice of commitment, reviewed and signed abatement lists for motor vehicle excise for March and April 2026, and reviewed articles for Annual Town Meeting concerning new amounts for Clause 41C, 17D, and Veteran's exemptions. The next meeting is scheduled for June 5, 2026, at noon.
